Driving directions from the Broad Marsh end of Maid Marian Way
Venue – The Belgrave Banqueting Rooms, Masonic Hall, Nottingham
- Proceed up Maid Marian Way to the large island at the top where Maid Marian Way, Derby road and Parliament Street meet.
- Go right onto Parliament Street (you will pass the Alea Casino on your left as you enter Parliament Street) heading towards the Theatre Royal.
- Follow the road past the Theatre Royal bearing left and passing the Royal Concert Hall on your left (South Sherwood Street) and Cornerhouse on your right.
- Go straight on and down the hill to the traffic lights where Shakespeare Street crosses South Sherwood Street.
- Turn left here onto Shakespeare Street and proceed to the T junction at the end.
- Turn right at the junction (Goldsmith Street) then after a short distance turn left at the lights onto Clarendon Street.
- Proceed along Clarendon street and turn first left onto Chaucer Street.
- After about 300 yards, opposite some metal railings surrounding a red brick building, you will see a car park entrance with a barrier. It will be signed Private Car Park and Belgrave Banqueting Rooms. The barrier will lift for you (although there is a call point if it doesn’t). Park here and go to the lift at the far end to the barrier.
Walking
Enter Masonic Place off Goldsmith Street and proceed up the ramp to the Belgrave Suite.
Leaving The Venue
Leave by the Goldsmith Street exit, not the entrance.
Turn left and then first left onto Chaucer Street. Proceed to the top, turn left onto Clarendon St. Go straight over the lights towards the Derby Road island and Maid Marian Way.
