HQ Expands - keys handed over!
2425 Squadron is a successful squadron that regularly parades over 40 cadets and because of this it has outgrown its current HQ! The Squadron is moving into a brand new HQ in 2009, subject to the airport redevelopment plans coming to fruition. In the meantime we are increasing our space by adding a portable building to our existing HQ. This means that cadets will be trained in more comfortable surroundings, with more space to teach. Click the image to see the building being erected. The photo shows the building architects handing over the keys to RFCA (Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association) who look after the premises.
