Ijzer Day 2 - marchers in downpour
Our intrepid team in Belgium were today facing tough conditions on day 2 of the Ijzer March. Heavy rain hampered the walkers along the 20 mile route with them having to avoid rivers of water on some roads! Let’s hope the weather improves for days 3 and 4.
Some cadets are feeling the strain with a few blisters and sore limbs occurring.
Good luck to them for the rest of the march.
