Ijzer team all set!

News from Belgium. Our Ijzer March team have now moved from their hotel to the camp in preparation for the Ijzer March that will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, 22nd August and last 4 days covering a total of 80 miles.

Good luck to the team!

The first few days have been spent visiting the area and taking in visits to war memorials and cemeteries. On Sunday night the Wing Commander read the citation at the Menin Gate and a Cadet Warrant Officer laid a wreath commemorating those killed in action in World Wars One and Two.
