Ex-2425 squadron cadet, Sophie Lincoln, has conducted a 3 week placement back at her old squadron in Tollerton as part of her research project. Sophie attends Northampton University and is doing a BA degree course in Sociology and said "I am looking into what life skills the cadets develop from being a member of the squadron, and how it might help them in later life. I will be carrying out a short questionnaire and a couple of group interviews."
